Community IPS Employment Specialist: Help People Return to Work

Red 5 People is seeking a Mental Health Employment Coach to support people with health conditions back into work across Brent, Ealing and Hillingdon. You will be trained as an IPS Employment Specialist and travel between partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices and NHS Trusts, with all travel paid.

You will manage a caseload of around 25 participants, providing tailored employment support and working with employers to create opportunities.
