Community Geriatrician: Research, Hospital at Home & MDTs

Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a role combining research with clinical sessions at a community hub and seconded sessions at a neighbouring acute trust. The post supports Hospital at Home, OP RAC, and Neighbourhood MDTs, with supervision and training of resident doctors, ACPs and other AHPs as a core element of the role.

CCT or CESR in Geriatric Medicine is required or within 6 months of completion; eligible for Specialist Doctor or Consultant
