Community Employment Specialist: Health & Work Impact

The Growth Company is recruiting an Employment Specialist to support people with health conditions in North Staffordshire, delivering tailored IPS services to help secure sustainable employment.

You'll manage a caseload, provide CV writing, job searching, interview prep, and develop Vocational Profiles and Action Plans. A solid background in employability and experience working with health-related barriers is preferred. Driving licence required for the North Staffordshire area.
