Location: Salford - Elkanagh Gardens

Salary: £27,407 - £30,131 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered.

Contract Type: Permanent.

We are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Neighbourhoods team in Salford. With experience of caretaking and cleaning, you'll be responsible for reporting repairs and removing bulk waste items from communal areas on the estates. You will need to enjoy working with people and act as a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood, ensuring the cleanliness, safety and security of residents. Ability to travel and drive around sites across Salford is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform caretaking and cleaning of communal areas.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs.
• Remove bulk waste items from communal areas.
• Represent Clarion in the neighbourhood.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and security of residents.
• Drive between sites across Salford and other estates.

Requirements

• Experience of caretaking and cleaning.
• Full valid manual UK driving licence.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the Salford region.
• Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
