Community Care Officer Level 2 - Hybrid Learning Disability

Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting a Community Care Officer (Level 2) based in Spalding to join the Learning Disability Team. The role is community-based with hybrid working (1 day remote) and involves travel across South Lincolnshire.

We are seeking compassionate, motivated practitioners who share our commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice and delivering outstanding outcomes for adults with learning disabilities. Full training and support are provided.
