9910 1 x permanent contract, 1 x fixed term contract/secondment opportunity for two years 37 hours per week £56,912 to £62,618 per annum Grade M Countywide

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on commissioning across social care.

We are looking for a Communities Business Lead to join our team, to play a leading role in:

  • Leading delivery of community and prevention commissioning Programmes, including Norfolk County Council's Proactive Intervention offer, taking responsibility for ensuring that key identified milestones are delivered in line with the agreed programme objectives and outcomes.
  • Leading the change management required across the health and social care system to maximise the utilisation of services that support a Home First approach from hospital
  • Building strong relationships, engagement and joint working with Operational teams, partners in the Norfolk and Waveney ICB, and other stakeholders

We are seeking strategic and dynamic individuals to manage the implementation of key social care commissioning strategies at Norfolk level, and in Central Norfolk specifically. This will involve working with colleagues across Adult Social Care teams and with partners across health, care and other organisations in Norfolk and Waveney. You should have strong experience managing complex commissioning projects and have the ability to create and manage a successful partnership environment.

The role will have elements of countywide delivery, but will focus primarily on Norwich, North and South Norfolk Places.

To build meaningful relationships with the people we support, this role requires regular in-person work in both the office and community.
