Communications Advisor

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Communications Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with the Communications Manager, providing essential support in content creation, editing, publishing, and daily operational activities. You will play an integral part in delivering high quality digital and multimedia content across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with editorial guidelines, and contributing to the firm's communications objectives.

The Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and review a variety of digital content, including web copy, news updates, internal announcements, and multimedia materials for different channels (intranet, newsletters, etc.).
• Assist in managing content calendars, production schedules, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate and commission multimedia content, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as required.
• Monitor and analyse content performance using digital analytics tools, contributing to regular reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure content adheres to firm guidelines, quality standards, accessibility requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update editorial best practice documentation and content guidelines.
• Act as a point of contact for editorial queries and support requests from various teams across the firm.

The Candidate:

• Experience in content creation, editorial support, or digital publishing, preferably within a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of editorial processes, content management systems, and digital communications platforms.
• Familiarity with using analytics tools to monitor and report on content performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple content requests effectively.
