We are looking to recruit a Commodities Disputes Senior Associate / Counsel for a top US law firm. The successful candidate will join a Tier 1 banded team.

About the role

• Expertise is required in disputes within the commodities/energy and natural resources sector, including high court litigation and international arbitration (ICC, LCIA, SIAC).
• Must be UK qualified.
• The role covers a wide variety of commodities - oil, gas/LNG, metals, iron ore, coal and agricultural commodities.
• Typical dispute themes include fraud, sanctions, insurance (marine or credit), bills of lading, letters of credit and joint venture disputes.
