Commis Chef: Remote Highland Kitchen with Meals & Accommodation

Sodexo seeks a Commis Chef in Fort Augustus, Scotland, to support the Chef/Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes in line with recipes and standards. You will help maintain kitchen operations and contribute to a warm, home-from-home resident experience in a remote Highlands location.

You will work as part of a team, focusing on presentation, accuracy, and service, with duties including stock control, equipment safety, and training support. DBS check may be required.
