As Commis Chef, you're at the very heart of the kitchen - where your energy, focus, and hunger to learn keep everything moving. You're not just assisting behind the scenes - you're laying the foundations for every great service. From prepping fresh ingredients to supporting on the pass during the rush, you bring passion, precision, and pride to everything you do.

You'll play a central role in supporting the kitchen team across prep and service for all our food and beverage outlets - helping to create fantastic guest experiences from the ground up. Whether you're dicing, plating, or restocking, your consistency and care make you an essential part of the brigade.

Key Responsibilities

Our team are the heart and soul of all we do. Here's what you'll be up to:

• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and service across all outlets.
• Learning the ropes across different sections - from larder to hot pass - with full guidance and training.
• Helping to keep the kitchen well stocked, organised, and running smoothly by assisting with deliveries and restocking.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with all health & safety regulations.
• Taking pride in even the smallest tasks - knowing that great service starts with solid foundations.
