Salary: OTE up to £80,000 per annum (including basic of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience)
Lookers Ford in Leeds is recruiting for a talented and motivational leader to join our successful team as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager. Our Sales Managers are the driving force behind our successful teams, continuously developing and coaching our CV Sales Executives to achieve their targets.
We need someone who is commercially savvy, inspiring our team of CV Sales Executives by leading by example and embodying Lookers' values. Steven Thompson (Divisional Commercial Sales Manager) is seeking an individual with strong coaching and people skills to contribute to our ongoing success at the Transit Centre.

Responsibilities- Managing the mix and specification of new products based on sales trends, local market intelligence, and production constraints
- Effectively managing vehicle supply to meet brand and centre objectives
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by understanding and adhering to customer satisfaction indicators
- Anticipating market trends and acting proactively and responsively
- Maximising commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective events and campaigns
- Coaching and developing team members, understanding their strengths and weaknesses to ensure high productivity
The ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience with substantial product knowledge. You should demonstrate effective management and coaching skills that will benefit our Sales team at Leeds. You must be self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
Experience with dealership financial management, including budgets, and familiarity with computerised stock management systems like Kerridge or ADP, is preferred. A full UK driving licence is required due to the role's nature.
