Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Director of Commercial Strategy UK/US for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role leads the strategic engine behind UK and US commercial activity, turning data into actionable portfolio, pricing and promotion decisions.

You will partner with regional teams to drive profitable growth across retail and DTC channels. You will model discounts, prepare retailer pitches, and optimise the Amazon range without undermining our DTC business.
