Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Hybrid in Mechlen

Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch

Position Summary:

As a Commercial Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare customers and building strong relationships across the medical sector. You will be the first point of contact for hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions, assisting with inquiries, orders, and aftersales support. In addition, you will visit clients to provide guidance on our radiopharmaceutical products and services. This role reports to the Sales Manager for the Benelux region.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support

  • Respond to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
  • Support administrative tasks such as quotations, public tenders, and contract management.
  • Handle complaints and proactively offer customer-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Process and manage order entries


2. Sales & Relationship Management

  • Visit hospitals, nuclear medicine departments, and pharmacies.
  • Advise clients on product usage and benefits for patient care.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet strategic objectives.


Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial or customer-facing role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical field.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or nuclear medicine is a plus.
  • Proactive, independent, and a strong team player.
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills.
  • Valid Category B driving license (for customer visits).
  • Fluency in Dutch and French is essential.
