TasksThis is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your main focus is building the pipeline, but you'll use a variety of tools to get there:
- Proactive Sales: Make daily inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers to turn conversations into opportunities.
- Showroom Engagement: Provide expert, face-to-face service to customers visiting our London location.
- Social Selling: Spend about 20% of your time on LinkedIn connecting with customers and posting engaging content.
- Content Creation: Get creative! You'll appear in our weekly YouTube videos, TikToks, and other digital content.
- Relationship Management: Use WhatsApp, email, and video to keep long-term accounts excited about working with us.
- Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline organised so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Customer Research: Be curious and research our customers to get to know their needs inside out.

- The Gift of Gab: You must be a confident communicator who enjoys talking to people, especially over the phone.
- LinkedIn Savvy: You must have an active LinkedIn account and know how to use it daily. If you don't have one, this isn't the role for you.
- Camera Ready: You are comfortable being on camera and happy to get involved with our marketing team.
- Resilience: You have thick skin; knockbacks don't faze you-they just lead you to the next "yes."
- Curiosity: You are coachable, hungry to grow, and genuinely interested in researching our customers.
- Experience: Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you've dealt with customers face-to-face or over the phone in any capacity, we can coach the rest.
