A Commercial Real Estate Solicitor of 3 years + PQE is required for this top legal 500 law firm who have a large international reach, to be based in their offices on a hybrid working arrangement in Central London.

Commercial Real Estate Solicitor experience to include:

• Sales, acquisitions, leases (acting for landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions
• Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases and other property related documents
• Advising clients ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals
• Have drive, enthusiasm and actively participatein business development and marketing to grow the team's client base and reputation
• Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
• Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions independently

• Have a robust background in Commercial Property law
• Have 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) or more within the field of commercial property
