A highly regarded and ambitious regional law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level as part of its continued growth strategy.

The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Commercial leases
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Development and investment transactions
- Property finance work
- Portfolio management
Alongside managing quality work, this role will suit someone who enjoys business development, networking, and building long term client relationships. The firm is keen to speak with ambitious individuals who want to contribute strategically to the continued growth of the department and wider business.
The Ideal Candidate- Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor
- Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level
- Strong technical and commercial ability
- Enjoys networking and business development
- Commercially minded with growth ambitions
- A following is welcomed but not essential
- Salary up to £130,000 DOE
- Hybrid & flexible working
