Job Description
  • Join a growing Commercial Property team with a genuine pathway towards Director-level responsibility
  • Handle high-quality Commercial Property and Property Finance work with hybrid working and realistic billing targets
  • Be part of a people-first firm where long-term careers are built through trust, collaboration and genuine progression

If you're looking for a Commercial Property role where you can do more than simply manage transactions, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

You'll join a thriving Commercial Property team that is entering an exciting period of growth, working closely with the Head of Department as the team expands. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit a caseload and be left to get on with it. Instead, you'll be given the opportunity to develop into a key figure within the department, combining high-quality legal work with increasing leadership responsibility over time.

From day one, you'll manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while building relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. During your first year, you'll become a trusted sounding board for junior lawyers, contribute to mentoring and begin developing the management skills needed to support the department's long-term growth. As the team continues to expand, you'll have a genuine opportunity to establish yourself as the natural second-in-command and progress towards Director-level responsibility.

What really sets this opportunity apart is the culture. People come before hierarchy, ideas are welcomed regardless of seniority and success is measured over years rather than months. Leadership is approachable, colleagues genuinely enjoy working together and career development isn't left to chance. The firm actively invests in its people, creating an environment where you can build a long-term career while delivering exceptional service to clients.
