The Role
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters with autonomy
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through high quality service
  • Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, development matters and wider commercial property transactions
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues across departments and offices
  • Contribute to a business minded, solution driven team supporting a wide range of commercial clients
  • Mentor or support junior staff members as part of their ongoing development
You
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base
  • Excellent time management, organisational and IT skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Friendly, professional and approachable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to progress within a firm that supports long term career growth
