The role
- Advise clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Manage complex acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
- Build and maintain key client relationships
- Lead on transactions and supervise junior Lawyers
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
- Support the continued expansion of the real estate practice
About you
- Senior Associate or Legal Director level Real Estate Solicitor
- Experience handling complex commercial property transactions
- Excellent client relationship and business development skills
- Commercially focused and solutions-oriented
- Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing practice
