The role
As a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor, you'll manage a varied caseload and play a key role in client relationships and transaction management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals
- Handling commercial leasing transactions
- Supporting development and regeneration projects
- Advising on planning and property-related agreements
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and construction teams
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice
About you
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
- Has 7+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Is confident managing a broad range of property transactions
- Enjoys working directly with clients and developing relationships
- Demonstrates excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to legal matters
- Is keen to continue developing their expertise within a collaborative environment
