Commercial Property Solicitor - Fully Remote (Up to £50,000 DOE)

A well established firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis.

Overview

This role is suited to someone who is confident managing a purely commercial property caseload independently and working with minimal supervision. The firm is open to considering both qualified and suitably experienced unqualified candidates, provided they can demonstrate strong technical ability and a stable, consistent career history.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property matters from instruction through to completion, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, and general transactions.
• Draft legal documentation, liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Ensure all files are handled in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Manage own workload using case management systems.

Qualifications

• Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, or suitably experienced unqualified candidate with strong technical ability.
• Stable, consistent career history.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and client focused approach.
• Highly organised and comfortable with remote working.
