Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
2+ PQE
Plymouth, Devon
Excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the largest commercial property teams in the UK
The Role- You will advise on a wide range of property work, often for household name clients
- Work includes advising on development projects, landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, estate and portfolio management
- Clients include public sector companies, investors and retailers.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE
- Background in commercial Property work
- A clear career path in affirm with a very strong work, life balance - This office is usually empty by 5.30pm
