Commercial Property Associate Solicitor
Location: Southampton/Hybrid working
Our client is one of the UK's leading full service law firms, with offices in across the South regions. It provides clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national and international requirements.
The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor to join its tier 1 team based in Southampton. The highly regarded team deals with matters a range of matters including investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities.
My client offer flexible hybrid working (office/remotely from home).
We are seeking applicants who have the following skills as there will be a wide variety of quality work including:
- Commercial development
- Acquisition disposals
- Licences & including financial development.
- Secured lending
- Investment and asset management
- Landlord and tenant matters
You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some key figures in the Commercial Property legal field in the South East region.
