You will work on a broad range of commercial property transactions, including:

• Freehold & leasehold acquisitions and disposals

• Commercial leases (granting, renewing, terminating)

• Development site transactions

• Landlord & tenant matters

• Secured lending & property finance

• Supporting corporate transactions with a property element

You will have exposure to a diverse client base, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and occupiers, giving you the opportunity to expand your skills and build a strong commercial property portfolio.
