Commercial Property Solicitor (4-5 Years' PQE) Location: Nottingham Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hybrid Working Available

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with approximately 4-5 years' PQE to join our established and busy property department. This is a great opportunity to step into a thriving team that handles a wide range of high-quality commercial real estate work.

About the Role

You will work across a broad commercial property caseload, with a strong emphasis on landlord and tenant matters, so solid experience in this area is essential. The work is varied and will include:

• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial development matters
• General property advisory work
• Supporting on associated commercial transactions

There is no requirement to bring work with you, but we welcome someone who enjoys engaging with clients, being active in the local market, and contributing to light business development as part of day-to-day practice.

This role does not include insolvency or business recovery work, as these areas are handled by other departments.

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid working available once settled in-initial period in the office, with potential for half-days from home.
• Preference for in-office working to maintain collaboration and department cohesion.

About You

• 4-5 years' PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Strong and demonstrable experience in landlord and tenant work.
• Confident managing your own matters and communicating directly with clients.
• Positive, collaborative and comfortable with light BD and client engagement.
