Job Description
Overview

Role: Commercial Property Solicitor x2

Salary: Dependant on experience

Agile/Hybrid working

Office base: Wigan, WN3 5BA

Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Work on a variety of high quality cases including social housing, complex developments, transactional work, business leases and lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
  • Advise and assist clients, run your own varied caseload and support senior fee earners with more complex cases.
  • Collaborate with the commercial property team to share knowledge and deliver excellent client service.
About You
  • Experience of running a commercial property caseload.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years PQE; having your own following would be welcome.
  • Excellent attention to detail, client focused, and capable of thriving with challenges.
