The successful candidate will have experience across the full spectrum of commercial property. You will have the capability to generate fees and have a passion for client care.

Commercial Property Solicitor Experience to include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Creating and renewing business leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants
• Lease extensions
• Right to buy & right to acquire
• Experience in both agricultural land and development would be useful
