Salary: £55,000-£68,000

PQE Level: 3+ PQE

Working Hours: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join our client's team in Kent. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and providing strategic legal advice to support clients' business objectives. The position also involves building strong client relationships and representing the firm at networking events to generate new business opportunities.
