Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Dorset &Surrounding Areas
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a Legal 500 recognised and award-winning Dorset-based law firm. This is a fantastic chance to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking team that continues to go from strength to strength.

The successful candidate will take on an existing caseload of commercial property matters and play a key role in supporting the department's continued growth across the region.

The role will involve:

  • Handling a broad caseload of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
  • Advising landlords and tenants on commercial leases, renewals, and licenses.
  • Acting for developers, investors, and business owners on a variety of property-related matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other key documentation.
  • Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to departmental best practices.
  • Participating in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
  • Have excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of property law.
  • Demonstrate a commercial mindset with a proactive approach to client service.
  • Be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Be keen to contribute to a high-performing and client-focused team.
