A leading legal firm is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of commercial property transactions, advising clients across sectors like real estate, retail, and corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant issues.
- Advising clients on property investments, developments, and property finance.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and contracts.
- Conducting due diligence on title documents and property searches.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice.
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (1-4 years PQE preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial property law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
- Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 DOE
- Hybrid working with 1 day from home.
