The Role
You will join a market-leading team with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial property sectors, advising a broad client base including landowners, farmers, rural businesses, investors and commercial clients.
Your caseload will include:
- Agricultural land sales and acquisitions
- Rural and farming-related property matters
- Commercial property transactions
- Acting for landowners, farmers and rural businesses
- Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy
This role has arisen due to long-term succession planning and a developing skills gap within the team, creating a rare opportunity to establish yourself in a key position with clear future progression.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales
- Ideally 3-5 years' PQE (applications outside this range will be considered)
- Experience in commercial property and/or agricultural property law
- The confidence to manage matters independently
- A desire to become a valued long-term member of a close-knit and successful team
Please note: Newly Qualified Solicitors will not be considered for this role.
