Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor - 12M FTC
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Flexible depending on PQE
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

What your day to day would look like

Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant issues, and development projects.

Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents.

Conducting due diligence, advising on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters.

Working closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, and planning teams to provide joined up solutions.

Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring all work meets SRA and firm quality standards.

Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping the firm maintain its excellent reputation in the property market.

What we're looking for

A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid experience in commercial property.

Someone confident managing complex property transactions and a varied caseload.

Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and commercial awareness.

Experience advising businesses, investors, or landowners is ideal.
