Commercial Property Loss Adjuster - Executive Manager West Midlands
Recruit Ins are recruiting for an Executive Manager to join a Commercial Property Loss Adjusting team in the West Midlands.
The Role
- Manage and support a regional team of Commercial Property Loss Adjusters.
- Oversee performance, SLAs, quality and financial targets.
- Manage your own caseload alongside team responsibilities.
- Coach, mentor and support the development of adjusters.
- Support major loss and specialist practices.
- Identify recruitment, operational and regional growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support complaint resolution, audits and continuous improvement.
About You
- Commercial Property Loss Adjusting experience.
- Significant team management experience.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organised, motivated and commercially focused.
