Position Overview

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor / Lawyer will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad client base while contributing to the continued growth of a key department within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters and complex commercial agreements.
  • Providing clear, commercially focused advice in plain English.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Circa 2+ years' PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
  • Strong experience across commercial property transactions.
  • Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
  • A commercially aware, team-focused approach.
