Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing local authority, based in Nottinghamshire, which is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing a diverse range of tasks related to local authority land transactions, including land disposals, acquisitions, and commercial landlord and tenant cases.

Role: Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Nottinghamshire - hybrid working
Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph
PAYE inc. Holiday Rate: £44.06 - £48.41ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing - 25 hours per week

Key Requirements of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

• Handle a mixed caseload of commercial property law from start to completion.
• Act for the council in both freehold and leasehold land transactions and manage a busy case list.
• Provide support to the council's property legal team wherever required.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in handling freehold and leasehold land transactions for local authorities.
• A qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive in England and Wales with 3+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
• Ability to handle land disposals, acquisitions, and vesting declarations.
