Location: Edinburgh - This role will initially be office based however, depending on experience, flexible work from home/hybrid arrangements will be available.
Working hours: Whilst this role is ideally 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (35 hours per week) we are open to considering flexible or part time working to suit the requirements of the business.

The roleWe have a great opportunity for a Solicitor, with relevant experience, to join the Edinburgh Banking team to provide a quality service to clients, principally in general commercial and corporate banking and real estate finance work, including carrying out property diligence for lenders and the drafting and negotiation of loan and security documentation.
It is essential that any candidate has experience within commercial or residential property and property finance experience would be advantageous. If the candidate has no property finance experience, then it is essential that they have an interest in being trained in this area of law.
This role would also be suitable for an experienced paralegal who is looking to join a busy team.
