Job Description

This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence until March 2026.

The Disney+ team is responsible for the launch and day-to-day operation of Disney+ across EMEA, specifically focused on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships and synergy, content programming, research, and analytics.

This role will contribute to trading updates and conduct deeper analysis on levers of commercial performance, on project-based and ad hoc market requests across EMEA.

What You Will Do

  1. Lead on daily, weekly, and quarterly trading reporting, including proactive improvements.
  2. Analyze trading trends (daily, weekly, quarterly) and flag anomalies, successes, and challenges.
  3. Drive in-depth analysis of churn in close collaboration with Analytics, and derive key insights and action plans.
  4. Work closely with local trading leads to analyze weekly data and identify performance levers, also collaborating with Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Customer Management teams.
  5. Support creation and management of initiatives plan to mitigate or sustain trading performance.
  6. Become a subject matter expert on key areas of the subscription business, driving impact through deep knowledge of acquisition and/or customer retention.
  7. Create executive-level presentations on trading performance and action plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous trading experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience dealing with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to tailor communications to different audiences (e.g., country teams, DSS, executives).
  • High numeracy and analytical ability & rigor.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
