Job Summary:

About the Role & Team

This is a temporary role covering a leave of absence until March 2026.

The Disney+ team is responsible for launching and operating Disney+ across EMEA, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research, and analytics.

This role involves contributing to trading updates and conducting detailed analysis on commercial performance metrics, supporting project-based and ad hoc market requests across EMEA.

What You Will Do
  1. Lead daily, weekly, and quarterly trading reporting, including proactive improvements.
  2. Analyze trading trends (daily, weekly, quarterly), identify anomalies, successes, and challenges.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of churn in collaboration with Analytics, deriving insights and action plans.
  4. Collaborate with local trading leads and teams such as Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Customer Management to analyze data and identify performance levers.
  5. Support initiatives to improve or sustain trading performance.
  6. Become a subject matter expert on subscription business areas, especially acquisition and retention.
  7. Create executive-level presentations on trading performance and strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  1. Previous experience in trading.
  2. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  3. Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  4. Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and rigor.
  5. Effective presentation skills, including deck preparation.
  6. Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau).
  7. Strategic thinking.
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  9. Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams and leadership.
