Leicester (Hybrid working available after probation)

£30,000 - £35,000 p.a. + bonus + benefits

Our client is a recognised and ambitious organisation with a strong market presence and exciting growth plans. They are now looking to expand their commercial function with a driven individual who can support the development of new and existing partnerships.

• Support the generation of new business opportunities and commercial partnerships
• Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach and networking
• Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and partnership packages
• Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities are progressed effectively
• Work closely with internal teams to support the delivery and activation of partnerships

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Eager to learn and develop within a partnerships-focused role
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
