Your Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Commercial Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, data-driven team. This role is central to unlocking the full commercial potential of our platform by building scalable processes, optimizing seller performance, and aligning cross-functional efforts with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor performance metrics across sellers and categories.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement actionable strategies to boost commercial outcomes.
Commercial KPI Definition & Tracking:
- Define, track, and report on key commercial KPIs.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution by working closely with category managers and key account managers.
Strategic Initiative Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects that contribute to high-impact company objectives such as seller growth and assortment expansion.
Tool Development & Process Automation:
- Design and roll out tools and dashboards that automate day-to-day commercial tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between commercial, product, tech, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of cross-department initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, e-commerce, marketplace strategy consulting, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of commercial KPIs and platform dynamics.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Structured and highly organized.
- A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a passion for operational excellence.
