Commercial Operations & Enablement Lead

FNZ (UK) Ltd. seeks a Head of Commercial Office to lead the commercial engine, ensuring the client-facing teams operate at peak effectiveness and that governance, policy and process improvements accelerate growth across the sales and client lifecycle.

This senior role will own the Commercial Office, drive pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and strategic enablement while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology to accelerate deal structuring and contract execution.
