We are seeking a Commercial Managerto join our dynamic and forward-thinking Postgraduate (PG) Enrolment Team. This is an exciting new opportunity to shape global PG strategy for two leading institutions in hospitality education.

Your Role
As the Commercial Manager, PG Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Glion and Les Roches' Postgraduate portfolios globally. You'll lead strategic channel development and go-to-market initiatives, foster partnerships with higher education and industry, and support the launch of innovative programs. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, acting as a key connector between enrolment, marketing, academic and career teams.
Your Role
- Lead and grow academic partnerships to support pathway and joint initiatives
- Identify, develop and deploy postgraduate programs that are aligned with industry and market needs globally.
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new PG programs across key global markets
- Provide enrolment teams with commercial toolkits and activation assets
- Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across markets
- Act as the internal ambassador for the PG customer, driving feedback into journey improvements
- Support the development and roll-out of experiential and feeder programs to strengthen the PG pipeline

About You
Bachelor's degree or higher with significant experience in a commercial, strategic partnerships, or business development role, ideally within higher education or a related service sector; alongside a strong track record of managing global projects and engaging stakeholders across regions. With excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, you're confident translating strategy into action and navigating cross-functional environments. You'll have a solid understanding of higher education channels, B2B2C go-to-market strategies, and customer journey optimisation. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a plus.
