The Role:
- Be the primary point of contact for over 75 well-established customers across Ireland
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with landlords, shopping centre managers, and property agents
- Take full ownership of contract renewals, proposal preparation, and account growth
- Lead strategic discussions to increase the footprint and revenue performance of the company's product range
- Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Director, while operating independently on the ground
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activity
The Person:
- Proven experience in managing commercial relationships within retail, property, or entertainment environments
- Strong network and credibility with landlords and agents in the shopping centre space
- Highly confident, authentic, and customer-focused communicator
- Positive, proactive and self-motivated with a track record of owning your patch
- Professional and empathetic - able to replicate the personalised service our client is known for
- Full clean driving licence is essential
