Job Description

ODGroup in the City of London is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead multiple projects from tender to final account, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and maximised gross profit.

You will oversee contract administration under JCT/NEC, manage subcontracts, and mentor the commercial team, while engaging with clients and stakeholders to protect commercial interests.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction or fit-out and proven experience with £10m-£30m+ projects.
