The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants more than just another step.

You'll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on:

• Multi jurisdictional matters
• Strategically significant client issues

You won't sit on the sidelines - you'll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships.

What You'll Do

You'll manage a varied and high quality caseload, including:

• Complex commercial contract disputes
• Shareholder and corporate disputes
• Injunctions and urgent applications
• Cross border and multi jurisdictional matters
• Insolvency related and regulatory disputes

Alongside this, you'll:

• Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution
• Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders
• Contribute to strategy on high value disputes
• Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5-8 PQE) who:

• Is confident running matters but wants greater exposure and responsibility
• Is commercially minded and comfortable advising clients directly
• Is starting to think about long term progression and positioning
