My client is a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Bournemouth with ambitious growth plans and a strong leadership team. You'll handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, develop client relationships and play an active role in the continued success of the practice.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Advise on commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and professional negligence
- Handle corporate and shareholder disputes, including shareholder agreement issues
- Work on defamation matters
- Advise a diverse client base across sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport
- Build strong client relationships and develop your own client base
- Contribute to networking, business development and the growth of the team
About You
- Commercial Litigation Solicitor with experience appropriate to Associate or Senior Associate level
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Confident managing client relationships and handling complex disputes
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and keen to contribute to business development
- Ambitious and looking for a clear route to career progression
