Dispute Resolution Solicitor - 5+ PQE

Reading Hybrid Working £70,000-£80,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a highly regarded UK law firm with an established reputation for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes. It is looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing Reading team.

The Role

You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, advising commercial and private clients on complex disputes. The work is likely to include:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder, partnership and company disputes
• M&A disputes, including warranties, indemnities and earn-outs
• Professional negligence
• Insolvency and restructuring disputes
• Construction disputes
• Arbitration and ADR
• Regulatory, procurement and other complex commercial disputes

You will also develop client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior lawyers, working closely with specialists across the wider firm.

You don't need experience across every area listed - strong commercial dispute resolution experience is the priority.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE
• Experienced in managing your own dispute resolution caseload
• Strong technical, analytical and drafting skills
• Commercially aware with excellent client skills
• A collaborative team player with an interest in business development
