Commercial Lines & Distribution Academy Training Consultant - Salary up to £40,000

A bit about the job:

The Commercial Lines and Distribution Academy is responsible for facilitating training for our outstanding Commercial Lines teams, this includes training and development of our Underwriters and Distribution Colleagues increasing their capabilities and skills by working with business areas to fulfil their capability plans, enabling excellent service of today and our future to meet customer needs.

The successful individual will plan, develop, deliver, and facilitate training programmes virtually and face to face and will be a confident facilitator. You will join our team as a self-assured and inspiring facilitator here to make learning fun and impactful.

This role will also utilise data, requiring the ability to analyse, provide insights and provocation with key team members and drive activity to maximise performance.

Due to the above, this position will include travel to additional sites as per business needs.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven ability to provide training and coaching to enhance learning and capability effectively.
  • Exposure to delivering within an Insurance or Financial Services environment. Underwriting knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills to lead and execute training programs seamlessly.
  • Skilled in data analysis to provide insights, provoke thought, and drive activities that improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire stakeholders.
