You'll support the management of a diverse commercial portfolio, handling renewals, policy amendments, insurer negotiations and day-to-day client servicing.
Working closely with senior colleagues and underwriters, you'll also identify opportunities to cross-sell and generate additional business while ensuring exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.
About You- Previous experience within an insurance brokerage
- Commercial lines experience preferred
- CIP qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer service mindsetExperience with Relay is advantageous
