Commercial Lawyer (Companies)

To provide legal and procedural advice and services in the most effective and efficient way to meet the requirements of the Council's family of companies and provide general Company Secretary services.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer to join our friendly, dedicated, and skilled team, to lead and assist in delivering commercial, contract, procurement, governance and subsidy control advice to the Council and its arms length companies.
